Return & Refund Policy

At Gadget Store, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to report any issue. To be eligible, the item must arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return Contact us at support@gadgetstore.com.co and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Each case is reviewed individually. We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving any return or refund.

Resolutions Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Eligible Returns We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
